Paul Easton graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2009 after studying winemaking and has since built more than 17 years of experience across the Australian wine industry. He has also completed vintages in Canada and Germany, adding international perspective to his winemaking experience. Paul is a member of the Adelaide Hills Wine Show Committee and has served on the committee for the past five years. His career has included more than a decade of warm-climate winemaking, alongside an increasing focus on sparkling wine. A move to the Adelaide Hills further broadened his experience in cool-climate winemaking and traditional-method sparkling production. Paul is currently the Senior Sparkling Winemaker with Vinarchy, working across a diverse portfolio of wines sourced from South Australia and leading cool-climate regions across Australia. His experience spans fruit sourcing, blending, winemaking and the technical complexities of sparkling wine production, giving him a broad perspective on regional expression, wine style and quality.
