Patrick White is Sommelier and Cellar Master for the Adelaide Club. His career in wine has spanned over 25 years, including 15 years in Sydney, as Head Sommelier for some of Sydney’s finest restaurants. In Adelaide he served as Head Sommelier at Penfolds Magill Estate Restaurant and created Hardys Veranda Restaurant’s award winning wine list. He is an alumni of the Len Evans Tutorial, has the Advanced Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers, completed the AWAC offered by the AWRI, is a WSET Level 2 Certified Lecturer, twice State Finalist in the Negociants Working with Wine Fellowship and an award winning wine writer. He has variously judged at Sydney, Adelaide, Margaret River and AAVWS and is very happy to return to a favourite part of the world as a judge at the Limestone Coast Wine Show.
