Henry is the Red Winemaker for Penfolds. His work with Penfolds blends often focuses on varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Having been with Penfolds for four vintages, he was previously the winemaker at Seppeltsfield for three years, and before that, an assistant winemaker at Barossa Valley Estate for five years. Overseas vintages include Napa Valley in the US, and France. Before wine, he played professional football with Essendon spanning over 8 years including 96 AFL games.
