I grew up in Kingston and Robe in the South East. After completing an apprenticeship as a chef, I changed careers and joined the Wine industry in 2011, working at Petaluma and Wicks Estate in the Adelaide Hills. This year marked my 13th vintage, making wine from various regions including the Clare valley, Mclaren vale, Coonawarra, Padthaway and of course, the Adelaide Hills. Over tis time I have also judged at the national amateur beer and wine show as well as associate judged at the Adelaide hills wine show, at which I am now an active member of the show committee.
