Andrew has actively been involved in the wine industry since he commenced studying in 1999. His winemaking career begun in 2003, climbing through the ranks at McWilliams Wines: starting as an assistant winemaker, progressing through to Chief Winemaker in 2018, with numerous winemaking-based roles in between. He came on board with Tamburlaine’s Orange team in November 2021, working within a team with their key focus being organic NSW high altitude wines from grape to bottle. The portfolio is quite diverse including sparkling, table and preservative free wines. All estate grown & bottled. He was a LET Scholar in 2024, and has judged at the Cowra Wine Show, the Rutherglen Wine Show, the Royal Queensland Wine Awards, and the Canberra and Region Wine Show.
