TECHNICAL AND BIOSECURITY SUB-COMMITTEE
Participation in this sub-committee is open to all wine sector stakeholders, and we are actively encouraging participants to enlist. The purpose of this committee is to identify and support a number of technical and biosecurity priorities in the region. Its priorities have included vineyard health, viticultural science and technology, winery processing technology, drought resilience, phylloxera readiness, sustainability, and adaptation to climatic and ecological change.
The sub-committee is chaired by a member of the Committee of Management in the Limestone Coast Grape and Wine Council. Currently this role is occupied by Hans Loder. It receives executive and administrative support for the Executive Officer.
You can sign up to the technical and biosecurity mailing list here, or you can reach out to us here to find out more.
