Adopt Constitutional Changes as advised by Consumer and Business Affairs in November 2021

On July 13th a Special meeting was held to adopt changes to our constitution. (Minutes are attached) The amended constitution was sent to the Dept of Consumer Affairs for review and file. We have recently been advised, by the DCBA, of suggested changes. Attached is the marked-up version for your acceptance. Do you accept the changes as marked?
