Nick Baverstock, Luke Tocacui and Anna Hooper invite you to a venture down underground into the deep depths of the Naracoorte caves to talk dirty for a bit.
A number of leading technicians and practical experts are also joining us as keynote speakers. Highlights will be probing Q and A session to uncover the truth about soil health, group workshops aimed at sharing ideas about keeping our soil in good shape for our kids, and a number of insightful presentations about the latest research – both in the wine sector and from further afield.
Lunch will include locally grown produce accompanied by single vineyard wines that showcase different soil types across the Limestone Coast.
